Deleting a roadmap plan is to delete the roadmap plan file. Roadmap app saves the roadmap plan you create in a roadmap file with a "RDMAP" file extension on your specified place when saving. Roadmap app runs in the sandbox environment that has no permission to delete a roadmap file on the Mac.
If you do not know where the roadmap file you have saved, please show the file in Finder or search files with the RDMAP file extension in the Finder.
